Do I need prior trekking experience?

Not for most of our treks! We offer options for all levels. Easier routes like the Poon Hill trek are great for beginners, while Everest Base Camp suits those with basic fitness and some hiking experience. We’ll help you choose the right adventure.

How high do we go, and what about altitude sickness?

On the EBC trek, we reach 5,364m at base camp. We build in acclimatization days, go at a safe pace, and monitor everyone closely. Staying hydrated and listening to your body is key—we’re trained to handle altitude concerns.

What kind of accommodation can I expect?

On treks, we stay in clean, cozy teahouses with basic but comfortable rooms and shared bathrooms. In cities like Kathmandu, we use quality 3- or 4-star hotels. You’ll have warmth, rest, and authentic local charm.

What should I pack?

We’ll send you a detailed packing list! Essentials include sturdy hiking boots, warm layers, a sleeping bag, sunscreen, a water bottle, and a daypack. Keep luggage light—porters carry your main bag (up to 15kg).

Is the food safe and can you handle dietary needs?

Yes! Teahouses serve freshly cooked, hygienic meals—dal bhat, noodles, soups, and more. We can easily accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other diets. Just let us know in advance.
